YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR BAND CAMP. Training my students to be on time is of the very most importance. If a student is late, their section WILL RUN!
Band Camp is Mandatory for students enrolled in Advanced Band and Drumline
Mini Band Camps will work on a BLOCK SCHEDULE: Morning: Outside Marching Rehearsal Afternoon: Inside Music Rehearsal Evening: Outside Marching and Music Rehearsal The students should bring their own lunch, but we will provide dinner! DO NOT FORGET TO SEND THEM WITH A WATER JUG AND SUNSCREEN!
Required Materials and Equipment for Band Camp
Everything MUST BE LABELED WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME! Required Gear: Good attitude and work ethic, INSTRUMENT, lyre, flip folders, tuner/metronome, Practice T-shirt, shorts (any kind or color but to the knee), running shoes, hat, water jug/camelback, sunscreen, a black one inch 3-ring binder, 5-10 page protector sheets, mechanical pencils Optional Gear: Healthy snacks, sunglasses
Students may NOT bring: Electronics other than a cell phone, items for pranks, a bad attitude, SUGAR OF ANY KIND, NO SODA OR SUGARY DRINKS!
