New Orleans 2020 Trip Information
Jazz Blue and Grey are going to New Orleans this year! Our kids will be able to attend the JEN (Jazz Educators Network) Conference, where they will be able to attend many master classes, watch other school groups perform and also watch the Pros play at the evening performances. Jazz Blue will get to perform at the JENerations festival! Everything you need to know about the trip can be found in the documents below
Due to some fundraising that has already occurred as well as a discount in airline tickets we recently qualified for, the price for the Jazz Trip may be as low as $600 for Students and Chaperones, and $700 for Chaperone couples who are sharing 2 people to 2 room.
We ENCOURAGE you to pay for $300 for the trip as soon as possible so we can put deposits down on all of our events.
We have several fundraisers that will begin shortly. Please check out the information below.
The final cost of the trip should be determined no later than 9/30. We are doing our best to keep the cost down and negotiate lower prices.
The final payment for the trip should be made no later than December 15th, as all of the vendors will require payment by then. WE HAVE NO MONEY TO FLOAT! Please pay on time.
Please pay your New Orleans Trip Fee through Tax Credits if possible. Your friends and family can also contribute to your trip using tax credits. Think of it as a loan! You get every penny back in your tax refund. We prefer that the tax credits are submitted to the front office staff. If you do make a payment online, please, immediately send me a receipt so that we can track your payment!
